The Specialty Coffee department was created in order to help and generate benefits for the producer: coffee certification, traceability, sensorial and physical analysis, adding value to the product, new business prospection and technical support.

Minasul created the Specialty Coffee Department to help and generate benefits for the producer. The department assists the producer with the identification of lots of quality, with the technical staff of seven Q-Graders, who are qualified professionals to taste coffee in the methodology SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America); It helps the producer to identify the plots with quality potential within the property; It gives all the support for the producer to participate in coffee quality contests; Prospection of new markets for coffee identified by the Department, adding value to the product, including differentiated / certified coffees.
